Using two separate cameras allows us to capture simultaneous moments, like both of your reactions during the ceremony and speeches.6 Hours of Coverage – Comprehensive filming from guest arrivals and the ceremony through to the emotional speeches and your first dance.
Cinematic Highlight Film (3–5 mins) – A professionally edited, high-energy trailer of your day, set to licensed music—perfect for social media and sharing with loved ones.
The Feature Film (20–30 mins) – A longer, documentary-style edit featuring your full ceremony and the key parts of your speeches.
4K Ultra HD Quality – Filmed with professional-grade equipment for a crisp, cinematic look on any device.
Professional Audio Recording – We use discrete lapel microphones to ensure every vow and toast is captured with perfect clarity.
Digital Delivery – Your films delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery for easy viewing and downloading.

Aerial Drone Footage (£100) – Add a breathtaking perspective with cinematic bird’s-eye views of your venue.
Please note: Drone operation is strictly subject to safe weather conditions and local airspace regulations. If we cannot fly due to weather, this fee will be fully refunded.Extra Coverage (£75/hour) – If you need us to stay longer for the party, we are happy to extend our coverage.
Booking & Travel Information
Location: We are proudly based in Liverpool and love capturing weddings across the North West and beyond.
Travel Costs: Travel within a 30-mile radius of Liverpool is included. For weddings further afield, a small travel fee may apply.
Secure Your Date: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Limited Availability: We accept a limited number of bookings per year to maintain our high creative standards.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How many videographers will be there? Every wedding in “The Essential Collection” is covered by two professional cinematographers. This allows us to capture the ceremony and speeches from multiple angles and ensure no moment is missed.
When will we receive our videos? We pride ourselves on an industry-leading turnaround time. You will receive both your Cinematic Highlight Film and your Feature Film via your private online gallery within 48 hours of your wedding day.
Is the drone footage guaranteed? Drone filming is an optional add-on and is strictly weather-dependent. High winds or rain make it unsafe to fly. Additionally, we must follow local airspace regulations (e.g., proximity to airports). If we cannot fly for any reason, the £100 drone fee is 100% refundable.
How do we book? To secure your date, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due [e.g., 14 days] before your wedding day.
Do you travel outside of Liverpool? Yes! While travel within 30 miles of Liverpool is included, we are happy to travel across the UK. For locations further away, we charge a small travel fee to cover fuel and/or accommodation if necessary.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable as they protect us from lost bookings. However, if you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
